最近给老外修电脑，今天拿过来一台笔记本，VISTA系统，IE7.0。只要一上网就出现Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error的错误，然后指向进程C:\Program files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe 上网查了一下，发现解决办法很多。这里讲一下我采用的方案。
